For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final on satin pillowcases, hair accessories, and socks. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these personal-care items.
Pouches Only
Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for pouches only within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: The pouch must be completely unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Process: Contact us with your order number to arrange the exchange. Return courier fees will apply.
Quality Guarantee & Refunds
We take pride in our meticulous craftsmanship. In the unlikely event that you receive a pouch with a manufacturing defect or flaw, you may return it for a full refund. You are under no obligation to choose a replacement.
